  I attended this surgery with my sick little puppy. The facility is awesome as was the vet, Richard. Unfortunately the whole experience was marred by the "front of house " reception I received. The women I initially dealt with (who I later found out was the nurse as at no time did she introduce herself ) was flippant and mechanical. I am uncertain as to whether she even likes animals as her inter action with my pup was limited and unsympathetic. A sick animal is very stressful and I felt we were an inconvenience. I experienced the same manner when I rang back that afternoon as was my puppy was deteriorating. Yet again, an inconvenience. I ended up taking my puppy to Ulysses vet (awesome practice ) where she remains having iv fluids and investigations. Thank you Richard for your kindness and empathy. How sad when one person can ruin an otherwise great service.

  We had to admit our puppy to Emergency Vets 24/7 last week overnight. We received exceptional service from Richard and his team Marion and Natalie.

  Thank you to the Team and Nurse Becky! The immediate treatment and care the dog (I was looking after) received was outstanding. Friendly, caring and overall amazing! Thank you! I am also amazed that when seeing a nurse or Dr late Sunday night I was not charged an arm and a leg. To the contrary, very affordable. Highly recommend!
