  ZERO STARS!! DON'T BOOK with Greyhound wicked travel in Cairns next to the Esplanade! The consultation was really bad and the guys don't really care about what you want. Instead they just want to sell their tours and are pushing really hard. We tried to say "no" several times but they did not even listen when we were talking! More ever they are like "I think you make the wrong choice you are going to regret it if you don't book it". So okay they have to sell trip but you can do it another way! Moreover we paid to much for Whitsundays and the greyhound hop on/off pass. These guys also lied to us, that there are only the more expensive vessels for Whitsundays available. However afterwards we found out that this isn't true. Besides they told us the wrong price for scuba diving on the boat. Now we found out that it was 100 dollars instead of 70. We were supposed to have a discount because we booked the bus and the Whitsunday trip at the same time but actually we have to pay more than expected because they announced the wrong price for the scuba diving ! Better go to smaller travel agencies or check on the internet where you can have a free travel when you buy several trips at the same time!
