  Not usually one to use tour guide/booking services but we arrived late in cairns in busy season and with a limited time in town didn't have a lot of time to run around. However Elia was very friendly and approachable for a chat. He ended up sorting accom and dives for us and pointed us at the eleventh hour without hassle. He also pointed us in the right direction for the rainforest, waterfalls, restruants, parties etc. I later checked our prices against direct prices and found they were cheaper through our world travel agent! I found Elia very helpful, very genuine and never felt like I was being pushed into activities at all. We caught up with him for asistance and/or just for a chat on a few occasions while in town. It really was like having a local friend living in Cairns. Cheers.

  Very good local agency where you can book many tours. the owner (Julie) is very nice and very helpful, She will advice you very well. I recommend it.

  Very great experience, very friendly travel agent, Amber was extremely helpful and informative. They weren't aggressive with sales like some travel agents which was nice.

  I can't praise the service received from Kat and Emilie highly enough. They were very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and enthusiastic while helping me to book various tours and arrange car hire. I've spent a lot of time travelling and rarely come across somewhere so helpful and friendly.
