  The big T has come a long way. I was dreading my appointment here at first from previous bad experience with Telstra but my goodness, things have turned around. The staff here are amazing - we all know Telstra has always had the best hardware, but looks like their choice to sell of these individual stores has paid dividends. Staff here are the number 1 asset and I'll be a Telstra customer so long as this service keeps up. Why speak to someone offshore when you can walk in and speak to a local?

  For all 4 visits, I've had fantastic customer service for my business. My last encounter was yesterday with Jesse and he was real patient when i had to take/make some business calls. Although my visit lasted longer then I had hoped, he closed the deal in a manner that made me patient.

  rang today to try and speak to a manager and they dont even answer the phone. if the franchisee reads this u lost 3 contracts and a new purchase this week from a solid telstra client.

  on holiday from melb with broken iphone and despite being telstra customer told me there wasnt a phone instore i could have! out of contract and prept to recontract. told to buy one from jb hifi!! so i did and they looked at my account and recontracted me on 3 of our 4 phones!!

  I have been trying to contact the store by phone. Multiple times for the past 2 days. They don't answer the phone. I live up in the tablelands. No car. Received an email and text msg saying my phone is in the Telstra shop cairns central for pick up. I have authorized a friend to pick up the phone. He was told the phone is not there. Very bad customer service.

  I usually have a nightmare when visiting a Telstra store but not yesterday. I added a new device to our business contract and was dealt with in a professional friendly manner with a human touch and felt the need to comment about this as it's rare and I wanted to thank the sales guy for his outstanding customer service. Lloyd Ballantine thank you for all your help and advice with the product I purchased and resolved the problem with my old divide due to your advise. Please never leave the store as I now have a great contact for future purchases and great advice. Again thank you and well done.
