  This shop used to be great. Lately every time I go there the service is average. And they got rid of locals discount so they will lose local customers to online shopping. I'd like to see them pick up their customer service. It goes a long way. 2 good staff there Jessica and Damo but they haven't been there when I've been in the last couple times. The atmosphere has dropped too. Pick up your game guys.

  Amazing!!! We did the 3 day liveaboard trip with the addition of the advanced open water course. The boat was lovely, the staff were incredible/friendly/funny/accommodating, the food was plentiful, and it was overall an amazing experience. We visited many reefs and got to see a vast amount of marine life, including turtles (awake during the day and sleeping during the night dives), sharks, sting rays, and much more. The diving was fantastic and kept us very busy! 4 dives the first day, 4 the second, and 3 on the last. The staff are very accommodating and if you want to so fewer dives it is perfectly okay. The rooms were small but you don't spend much time in them. The only thing I would do differently is bring a few protein filled snacks (the snacks were usually cake, which is yummy!) and also toiletries. I would recommend this trip to anyone of any scuba diving level!

  On the boat, the crew was professional as well as friendly and there was always a good mood. The training dives was really great - and the night dive wasn't as scary as expected. It was awesome to go on fun dives after getting certified, and we saw lots of cool things on the reef.

  Prodive cairns is the best PADI dive training operation in australia. I did my open water there and I was so impressed by their enthusiasm and professionalism during the 3 day liveaboard trip that my wife and I have returned twice (so far!). Go in summer to get calm seas and crystal clear water!

  These guys are great. We did the 3 day scuba trip and had a blast. The staff was great and executed everything flawlessly. Highly recommend. I bought a mask here as well and the staff were super helpful. They basically gave me a 45 minute lesson on what to look for and how to choose.
