  Dundee restaurant. Great service and a delicious steak. Highly recommended. My wife had the bucket of prawns and bugs. She loved it!

  This place is ok, has some decent restaurants and good views of the harbour. There seems to be something missing though, maybe some art and culture to add some more soul and character or atmosphere to the place? The air conditioning is excellent, 2 hr free parking is very handy, would spend more time here if there were either activities or a wider variety of businesses to liven up the inside. In short: decent, worth a visit, encouraging to see the ownership take comments on board and be supportive of local business.

  If you're visiting Cairns you definitely have to go to the pier. The whole feel of the place resonates with this area, being right on the marina, mountains in the background, so tropical. When you live here you almost feel like you're on holiday when you visit the pier. Great restaurants, cafes and specialty shops too.

  Always a great atmosphere at the Pier Bar. One of my favourite places for a drink in town. I was distgusted however when I recently ate their that my meal was served with frozen vegetables. I did complain and the manager was very helpful offering us a cocktail. I juts hope they stop serving frozen veges or i'll likely never eat there again.

  Absolute BEST cafe (Cheeky Yam). Good parking when it's not busy. The car park is tight & not suitable for two way traffic on the row ends. Also, no way to know the car park is full. Reasonable selection of shops.
