    Unimpressed. Staff were too aloof for my tastes.I can see that perhaps catering to tourists may have dulled their sense of civility.

    Very poor customer service. All three staff members ignored myself and my mother until we asked for a size of shoe only to be told we don't have the size without offers to check. Never felt such judgement from a store before. I've been a loyal and high spenditure customer for many years.
