  The fact i have to rely on the RTA to keep these guys in check is an atrosity, i have never had this with past real estates, ever. I have asked Nikkea to a sit down meeting on the phone to the RTA to discuss rules she has broken so she can remedy the breaches she caused, she soon admitted fault before this had to happen.

  Julie, her boss is just as bad on how she deals with complaints its like talking to brick walls in this joint. We have been breached with only mould in our shower, which the RTA has confirmed they can not breach for such a small issue and with the property shop already having sent through photos pre-tenancy with more mould then our first inspection photos, is a joke (on me). Nikkea has asked for $50 for this re-inspection which is not only immoral but also Illegal because of the terms of the breach as stated by the RTA. They fail to do their job and are extremely unprofessional in knowing the general rules of managing properties.

  The Property Shop are a first class team of property experts. I can believe ii took me over 8 years to swap property managers for my cairns portfolio. Rachel their awesome business development manager is always looking for new ways to improve my investments.   Everything they do is either Illegal or dispicable. We have had multiple entries with out entry notices (MASSIVE NO NO!) and have had to breach Nikkea our property manager for this.
