After expressing my interest in a home purchase, McGrath sourced me a property, facilitated the purchase and ensured a smooth Sale. Very professional service and highly recommended.

  I had a great experience with McGrath. I rented a house through them for 12 months and was treated with respect & all requests were dealt with in a fast manner. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone. Reception was always friendly & the property managers are professional & do their best to help!!

  Either never rent through this agency or if you have to, ENSURE YOU KEEP YOUR PHOTOS BACKED UP. Stand firm. Document EVERYTHING just as they do.

  Ok so we rented through them for 12 months. We took a lot of photos upon moving in to capture the terrible condition of the property. When examining the entry condition report, I truly believe they neglected to do a fresh one and instead, used the one they had on record from previous tenants and just changed names & dates because it was not a true reflection of the property. Unfortunately due to technical issues, we lost our photos. We did add our comments to the entry report but photos speak much louder if issues arise at vacate. We were sadly reliant on our description on the report and their photos. The house went up for sale whilst we were there and sold, then management was handed over to a different manager. There were many issues present upon moving in, and the new owners were not aware that those issues were there before we moved in. The new manager tried to get us to fix everything. We had a long, drawn out email battle to stand up for ourselves and what is right. In the end, most of what they wanted fixed they agreed to let go but it was very difficult and emotionally exhausting. Not an experience I want repeated.
