  They lied about countless things including who I was speaking to. One person will tell you your realtor is currently out on house inspections he saw him leave and the next person I talk to an hour later tells me that employee is not working today.

  Absolutely Horrible service with horrible sharehouses, the people of felix grasso practice illegal and fraudulent aspects, such as frauding of signatures, stealing of bond money and stealing of two weeks rent, the people purposely hold off giving your bond back so they can continue to charge you, they are not to be trusted and I do not suggest anyone to go through them.

  We signed our bond forms almost 2 months ago. We professionally cleaned the rental property and they where happy with the way we left it and I've still not received my bond despite all of this. Now they've gotten all our money, they have no time for us and can't complete their obligations. Have sent them numerous emails to which they've not replied to so during the past 2 months I had no way to prepare to be out of pocket this much.

  I've had an absolutely horrible experience with Felix Grasso. Have rented many times before and actually had quite positive experiences with my past real estates in Brisbane and Cairns but this was scarring. The lady who answers the phones is completely rude and condescending.
