  I have been accused of being a drug addict and having drug dealers sleeping in the unit. I own a lawn mowing business and I work with the Council and other Government agencies so I am randomly drug tested.

  Very rude, very poor service. The shop smells like stale tobacco. They do NO maintenance on the property. I have had 1 inspection in the past 4 years of living in this unit.

  I was TOLD to REMOVE vehicles that were parked in the back entrance of the property, which do NOT belong to me. I explained that the vehicles DO NOT belong to me and I was TOLD if I did NOT remove them they would be towed away.

  Rented unit which was 'fully furnished' but entertainment unit had no shelves, fridge was rusted, curtain torn & falling apart, door knobs broken etc etc... It took 3mths to fix broken washing machine (broke 3 times in 5yrs, replaced with $75 lifeline job)... Then they took ALL bond as they said was not cleaned properly, there was small stain on carpet (wear & tear) & was littered with cigarette burns before I moved in on carpet, bed & lounge & they actually tried to blame me. Taps leaked for a whole year before fixing. The chipboard under sink was rotten from leaking taps & they tried to have me pay for this also (yes, really!) - Unit was falling apart around me from day I moved in, and they never spend a single red cent replacing damages apart from washing machine & tap washers.... 2 inspections were done in 5yrs! Very Very horrible and SCAMMERS, don't trust them, they will steal bond and take you to court even though rent is up-to-date to try and get even MORE money to "fix up place" that was already damaged. It's the oldest unit in the whole block of 16, all others were refurbished 10+ years ago, with tiles put in, as carpet in shocking at 40yrs old.... COME ON, RENT INCREASES ARE SUPPOSE TO BE USED TO FIX PROPERTY Mrs Rip-Off Artist! DON'T USE THEM PLEEEEASE! (They threaten to Blacklist you, if you try & ask for them to fix things & any disagreement is a BLACKLIST THREAT - UNPROFESSIONAL & NASTY PEOPLE!

  Someone broke into my unit and kicked my door in. Ace Real Estate took over 2 weeks to fix the door. I had to nail fence palings across the door like a low budget Hollywood zombie movie scene. What a complete joke.

  I have been told, not asked but told, NOT to park vehicles in the carport. I had a scooter in the carport and I was TOLD to remove the scooter or it would be towed away, ummmm okay. It's a carport and exactly how do you tow a scooter?

  Very crooked real estate... never fixed numerous things that were wrong with the unit, even 2yrs later the taps are leaking. Charged me for carpet cleaning after I moved in, which should have been done by previous tenants. Very very very rude people!

  I had a gas leak and needed it repaired. I was charged for the repairs, which is not my responsibility. I was also TOLD I needed to pay the gas bill with my rent money and then I was issued with a rent in arrears remedy to breach form.
