  The RUDEST call takers in the business. Absolutely useless, can't even get basic details right. We had an emergency, had to get a suitcase to the hospital and they were as UNHELPFUL as they could possibly be. Use UBER - cheaper, MUCH better service and no "attitude challenged" operators to deal with.

  Absolutely worst service! Today I was waiting for a maxi taxi with my mother, my daughter and my two siblings. All three are under 2. When we made our first call for a taxi the lady said "it shouldn't be long". Then I called back after we were waiting for 40 minutes. Another lady answered and I told her that we were still waiting on a maxi taxi she told me "sorry I can't find a taxi in your name I can book you one if you like? it shouldn't be long" so at this point kids were crying and very tired we had no one to pick us up so our only choice was to wait. another hour and half went by. No taxi came we had two walk home carrying shopping bags and the kids. 2 whole hours we waited I am disgusted!

  2) asked to drop one spot, this INDIAN taxi dropped me at wrong place. He wanted to grab my phone for the address, I refused. He couldnt understand English for that address. he got angry n YELLED, wanted to fight, told me to GET OFF! PAY $10 fare!

  1) $6.30 fare I gave $12, the INDIAN driver gave me $5 note. (It meant to be $5.70), so I asked him how much should I get? He said I made him confused, he then gave me big pile of fxxking coins

  Just saw that idiot taxi driver on Channel 9 driving like a stoopid idiot after clipping a 4WD and the company being just as stupid saying it won’t do anything until the police get involved. What rubbish! Cairns its time to ditch these idiots and use Uber
