Clearly not competent, sloppy workmanship, lack of supervision, and does not rectify defects unless compelled to. Very quick to point the finger rather than take responsibility for its blunders.

I had Acacia out for a hot water repair, rattling taps and a few other minor repairs. Excellent customer service and a reasonable price.

I would highly recommend this business. Our hot water system broke and Michael was there within a few hours to diagnose the problem. A new unit was installed the next day. Great service. Thanks very much. Sara and Lincoln (Machans Beach).

Another big stuff-up was Acacia Plumbing mis-reading the blueprints and putting the plumbing connections and pipes in the wrong location. Consequently, Acacia Plumbing had to jackhammer into the cement slab to put the connections in the correction location, and upset the termite mesh.

Acacia Plumbing did all the plumbing work for our new house. Of the 7 pumps installed, 5 had to be replaced and 1 was fixed by my husband. Only 1 pump of 7 was installed correctly. The expensive sewer holding tank had multiple defects, resulting in sewage spills. The root cause was that the plumber did not properly compress the soil around the tank, so the control box fell over in a heavy rain. We now have another defect with the sewage tank: the plumber used steel rails designed for indoor use in non-corrosive environment. The rails hold the 2 pumps. The rails are completely rusted and disintegrating. When the plumber was contacted he said the fault is owner maintenance and refused to fix. QBCC inspector said plumber should not have used indoor rails in sewer tank.
