  We were mistakenly charged over $60 for two coffees before our movie. It was busy so we understand this can happen, so busy we didn't even notice until checking our bank statement days later. We called to explain the situation, were advised to present there and they would "sort it out". Their version of sorting it out was - after making us wait a VERY long time, the manager, no less, after verifying that we were in fact charged for someone else's dinner instead of our coffees, refunded us the difference between what the coffees cost and what we'd been charged. Considering we had to make a special trip there due to their mistake, good customer service would have seen us being refunded the entire amount for our troubles. What are a couple of free coffees to ensure your customers return? This restaurant manager does not seem to appreciate what basic customer service is. That we had to make a trip just for that and then made to wait a solid half hour was a real inconvenience.

  Placed my order through menu log & waited 1 hour 20 minutes. I rang this restaurant to enquire about my order & was told they had no received it from menu log & that if I wanted my order I would have to wait another hour and pay for the order again even though I had already paid nearly $50 for it already. Not very happy at all. Hungry screaming children & a 2 hour 20 minute wait...... ended up going elsewhere & now have to fight to get my money back

  We will not be returning as there is a vast array of places to choose from. Business owners would do well to be mindful of this.

  Ordered online for pick up at 12:30 and it was ready at that time when we went to get it. Paid at the restaurant and it was quick. When we got home the food was nice and hot. American pizza size small was actually quite big and was quite tasty. It did have a lot of cheese and was pretty greasy, so I just wiped some off and it was good. The lemon chicken scallopini was a good sized portion of meat, which was been difficult to find in cairns. The fries were good but some were soggy.

  Absolutely shocking experience ordering from this place. We were long-term customers for this restaurant. Weeks ago, we placed an order, waited for close to 2 hours and found out in the end that the order was not going to be delivered due to a 'delivery car broke down'. We weren't informed. In fact, we called them 4 times and got no real responses. The staff who answered our phone was really rude and making us felt really awful. We asked to speak to the manager and he's no where to be found. We the left a message on their FB and we been blocked and deleted!

  Very disappointing service closed due to renovations!?!?!? How about you update the website then. Not happy.
