  Nice hotel in a great area. Walking distance to the main attractions in Cairns, and close to public transit if leaving the area. Rooms were clean and a good size for two people.

  Very nice new rooms but noise can be an issue. Can hear what is happening in the adjacent rooms and doors can be very noisy at night.

  Room was spacious and all amenities were new or fairly new. Staff was courteous and responsive to all requests or questions. The entryway is slightly hidden (small blue overhang that does clearly state the hotels name). Morning muffins/pastries and complementary coffee/cappuccino starting at 7 am. If I visit cairns again, I will definitely book here, as it is central to several restaurants and shops, within a short walk of the harbor, and all around was a pleasant experience.

  Location is very good and staff is nice but hotel is noisy. Walls are thin, you hear the neighbours. Have to say big thank you to David who came in the middle of the night to sort out a very noisy problem with the bathroom's exhaust fan. Noise was too overwhelming to be able to sleep but he looked until he found a solution. Many thanks David.

  Excellent room and front desk service. Bags stored between visits while we went on a diving trip. Does not have a restaurant.
