  Some empty bowls were provided today for fruit scraps but things like serviettes are still difficult to get rid of.

  Nice rooms, great selection of drinks at the bar, swimming pool is good too. The hotel is a bit "older" (old lifts, old carpet in places), but it is well kept. The buffet breakfast is excellent value, all of the staff were friendly and professional.

  Best I have stayed at for a long time... staff all welcoming. Room on high floor had great view over Cairns harbour. Restaurant good. Great Cocktails. Will stay again and longer next time.

  Currently the only way to dispose of waste is to use the small bins in staff areas or give rubbish to a passing staff member clearing up plates and cups or leave rubbish on tables which looks untidy.

  Visited recently and enjoyed drinks and the Tapastry Menu in Cocos Restaurant. The service was very attentive and the food was fantastic. Would definitely recommend it to everyone! The lobby was beautiful with Christmas decorations all around :-)

  Enjoyable stay, appreciated the early check-in and late checkout. Breakfast buffet had a decent selection. Friendly staff. Good location in the city centre. Would recommend for a business or leisure trip to Cairns.
