  Great location, right across the road from a big shopping centre. Rooms OK but could use some cleaning, eg mould in air conditioner. Shower was a messy affair with a really odd tiny shower screen. No air conditioner in bedroom and living room air con pointed the other way, this place would be very uncomfortable in the summer. Its not bad... But could be so much more.

  Ok for a night, but not any longer. The fan only had one speed (slow) regardless of the setting it was on. Same as the AC fan only went slow despite setting and then would turn off every hour????

  The worst hotel l've ever lived! The services they provided are really really terrible. We couldn't sleep the whole night because the neighbors had a party in their room, and the staff never helped us to solve the problem, and their attitude was a nightmare as well. They did nothing. Besides, they didn't do the regular cleaning everyday, the fan in the toilet had a big noise. The basic equipments in this hotel are poor. If you want book a hotel in cairns, do noooot choose the best western, they nearly ruin my holiday!

  Staff were very nice and location was great, handy to everything, but a stay during winter would be more advisable when the whether is cooler.

  Location wise, it was great! But note that it is not a serviced apartment. Also, they only give coffees, etc good for a few days. So if you're staying more than 3 or 4 days, you're better off buying a small jar from Coles across the road! Otherwise, good for the purpose. Not fabulous but ok.

  Spacious apartment with all you need and a great view of the ocean and hinterlands. Comfy bed but bright at night from city lights. Bathroom is a little dated. Friendly staff
