  My grandmother had a problem with a lock on her car's door, turned out to be just a broken spring. It was fixed quickly and professionally, and the shop was easy to find. The best part is she did not feel ripped off (a real problem for oldies these days)

  I lost my car keys had to get the car re keyed. I called as they opened at 8 am yesterday, was promised that it would be done later in the afternoon which is great because I need my car. An hour before the shop closed I got a call saying my car wouldn't be finished with an apology. No big deal. Today at 8:30am I get the call that my car is now ready. When I went into the shop to get it, I asked about maybe getting a discount for not getting the services that I was promised (same day service) and was met by rolled eyes, no apology, and unnecessary attitude. I didn't demand anything I just wanted to see what they could do. 3 of them were out trying to argue with me. I was treated with disrespect and I think it's because I'm a young person with an accent.

  Worst customer service I've experienced in a while. Came in one day to request battery change for my car remote key, guy takes ages to figure it out, which is fair enough, then comes out and tells me he's having trouble finding the right frequency because one of the contacts was damaged, thus why I couldn't lock my car using the remote anymore. He asks me if he could keep it until he could figure out how to fix it, got my number and told me he'd call. That was 2pm of a Tuesday. No call whatsoever, not even a courtesy one. Next time I call at around 11am to find ut what's going on. The receptionist, extremely unfriendly either over the phone or in person, doesn't know anything about it, puts me on hold. Get put through to someone else, who just penedo to pick up the phone, also has no clue about it, puts me on hold again, finally gets back to me after 5min and tells me the guy couldn't fix it. I go there later on to pick up my key back, the rude receptionist gives it to me completely dismantled with the screws and I say "erm, you're gonna assemble that back, right?", she proceeds to give it to the guy I spoke to on the phone who assembles the key back and instead of any of them giving my key back with a "apologies for no one getting back to you in a timely manner", nah, they just dropped it on the counter, without even looking at me in the eye. Utter rubbish service, never again!

  cut for my 4wd here, screwed up 2 othe times. For double the price of other key cutting companys in Cairns you would expect some quality... Also when returning for the 3rd time to get my refund the receptionist was very rude. Very unpleasant experience.
