    This website needs updating. Looked at it this morning and arrived at 7.55am nice and early but it actually opens at 9.30am on a wednesday. Please update it.

    With no footpath outside, no nearby public transport and (as far as I could see) no dedicated bicycle parking, this facility is virtually only accessible by private motor vehicle, indicating the Queensland government is not serious about environmental and social sustainability. Although staff are friendly, it would be helpful to advise customers in advance (via website, correspondence, phone recording, etc.) when the usual busy times are, to reduce long waits. This centre is long overdue for an upgrade, ideally to a better location. Applying a surcharge to credit card transactions is unfair to low-income earners.

    I had to sesrch for it a bit, the location is quite bad and there's only about 15 parking spaces. Facility looks outdated. The staff was friendly though.
