  After months of trying to independently progress and resolve a legal issue with a large corporation, I was feeling frustrated and confused.   If Tim wanted to speak to me, he would always make an appointment and make sure it was at a time that suited me, they were very considerate. Really were amazing, I was going through a hard time with other things and they were amazing, really understanding. Tim and Meegan were just really, really helpful. Can’t knock them.
