  I also have had a great experience with Regency,my fiance and I purchased my engagement ring in May 2015, and on Christmas day that same year a tiny diamond fell out of the setting. I contacted them about repairs as i live in NSW. They were very helpful, quick to return phone calls, and I have my ring back, beautifully cleaned and repaired in 7 days at no cost to me. Even though this happened I would buy there again beacause of this positive experience and peace of mind that if something does happen it won't be a hassle. Thankyou Regency.

  Unfortunately the following day, my fiancè accidentally knocked the ring and dislodged one of the opals. We were due to fly out the following day but wanted to see if the Cairns store could fix it before leaving. Unfortunately the jeweller wasn't working that day so it couldn't be repaired but they offered to replace the ring with an identical one they had in stock. Wow, this was unexpected. My fiancè who had been fretting about being without her new ring was now smiling again. However, the ring was a little too big so they offered to re-size the ring and send to us before the weekend. Well the ring arrived on Thursday and my fiance is so happy and so am I.

  We chose a solid opal and Brad made my ring to my design. It's gorgeous and completely exceeded my expectations. Hopefully I'll be calling Brad soon to talk about earrings to go with it.

  My experience with Regency Jeweller's has been amazing. After purchasing a beautiful opal ring during August 2014, I was most upset to lose the opal not long after I got home to Melbourne. I emailed them and told them what had happened and they immediately offered to replace the opal. I sent the ring back to them and a few days ago received a beautiful replaced opal in the ring. They also replaced the claws that held the opal, all at no cost to me. I understand that not everything can always go perfect, but I think it says it all when Regency Jewellers did not hesitate to replace the opal to ensure I was happy with both the ring and my experience.
