    paying hospital cover for years and years, comes time to use it and they decline it as I haven't been paying enough for it. Needed to be in the blue ribbon cover and pay even more than i do now. Hospital cover is exactly that. hospital cover. Bloody disgrace.....

    Annually we check that we are not over insuring for items we don't need and we are maximising cover. Always helpful and supportive at this office . I'm on 10 months of chemotherapy at private and it costs me nothing. Also a major operation at st Vincents in Sydney $26,000 cost me nothing- no gaps. I love Medibank
