  I've only ever found headspace to be professional and helpful - music program brought a lot of love to playing and I made some great friends along the way. The psychologist I saw was also incredibly patient and helped me through a lot of self doubt - even though I initially believed I didn't need any counselling. Go in and see the staff, it could change your life!

  Went to headspace after being referred from my girlfriend, front desk staff were very uninterested with their job, went in with a very nice counsellor to chat about my issues, and came out with the impression of "get over it". Was very unimpressed, even my girlfriend is a better counsellor. Avoid going there if necessary.

  Headspace was very unhelpful, they kept tampering with my medication nd making unessersery comments about my weight nd at that time I was only about 60kilos, that place traumatised me, Im back in the mainstream sector nd so much happier nd get much more encouragement nd support

  Went here for a good 6 months or so, once or twice a month. Staff were pretty helpful, but ultimately referred me on to other psychologists. The "induction" process I found more useful to me than the regular sessions, but by the end of the 6 months I felt I'd at least learned what my problems were, if not how to solve them. At least the staff are friendly enough. If you're looking for some deep and meaningful psychology sessions, find someone else, but if you want a face to face conversation with some people who are willing to listen, I'd recommend Headspace.
