    This is an excellent school. Nicky Knoff is strict and some might find themselves offended by her approach but if you can check your ego at the door, you'll realise how excellent she is. She will ensure that you do the poses properly to avoid injuries and build strength, which many other yoga schools/studios don't seem concerned with. It takes a lot of energy to do what she does. For beginner classes, James is really fun and easy to understand.
