    Average gym. Lots of classes for those that like that. Weights aren't heavy enough for most guys

    Was a member for 2 years and can say that if it wasn't for moving houses, I would still be there training now. Excellent staff, excellent equipment and space. The group classes were so motivating and all of the fitness professionals within the facility were happy to help with any concerns. Lost 35kg's using the gym & attending 3-5 group fitness classes a week. Would highly recommend for anyone who is just starting off and needs some guidance right through to professionals preparing for an event/ competition! Hope to join back up in future! + Chris is a great laugh and genuiniely cares about the safety and well being of his staff and clients.

    Love this gym!!! Class times are great, all the staff are super helpful and friendly. Sign up if you're looking for a great gym to join!!!

    Was never really a fan of the gym until I joined here, love it! Only reason I'm leaving is because I'm off down the east coast. Great price too!
