    Awful customer service, worst company ever in my life. 2 months and no resolution, never contacted me, had to initiate all contact. Picked up my parts that they took from my pump 5 weeks ago, this morning. And they still want to charge me 55 dollars for something they took and did not return for 5 weeks, with no explanation. And the simple job of installing a pump in my water feature was never done.
