  I do a lot of shopping in Cairns and no one matches either the brilliant service of the Cairns Freedom team, nor their range of product. The quite simply are one of the best stores in Cairns. They also are just so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I also like that they regularly change their stock, so when you walk in there are lovely new items to buy. I really cannot recommend them enough. Thank you everyone at Freedom Cairns for such first class service

  We are furnishing a new 4 bedroom home from top to bottom. Went to Freedom Furniture and started picking out items. The first item was a office desk - ticket said it was discounted to $385. Went to order over the phone and was told it was $499 as we need to buy a store membership at $99 to access that price. When I told the manager we were not aware and it is very misleading I was told"well most people talk to us and discuss prices" -Called head office spent over 45 minutes on hold and still did not speak to anyone. Sorry Freedom. Poor service and misleading advertising. Its not even the price thats the problem, its the way it was ticketed and handled with the manager. thousand of dollars worth of lost sales.. we will go elsewhere.
