  Lots and lots of merchandise and friendly staff. Even has a cafe upstairs with some decent food.

  Disorganised and overcrowded merchandise everywhere. Whoever is the visual Merchandiser needs to look at stores that succeed in a feel of actually entering a department store and not a jumble sale. Target and Kmart feel more relaxing then this Store. Staff are lovely, but the over congestion of stock made me want to exit quickly. This once was an amazing store. I would like to see it come back and be that store. Also Cairns Central Management needs to revamp/upgrade the look of stores and entrance surrounding the Myer section. It is looking old and tired. Not a great experience if your a tourist wanting a high end feel of wanting to shop at a department store. Would not want to see this store close.

  I got a flat tyre near Myers Cairns and pulled into the delivery area at the back.

  I never understood Myer. I am sure that this store must just ooze out losses for the company overall. But, look, it's always clean, nice staff, and has that "oh-my-god-look-at-the-prices-Myer" feel we all so love and are used too.
