  Went to Return some items at Cairns Central Store on 06/12/2017 for which I had all the dockets for. I was served by Sue & Matthew at customer service at approx 4:00pm, who both wasted my time, as I spent an hour there as they were arguing with me that they could only give me a store credit not a refund, even through they were not opened. In the end I just agreed as I had my disabled wife waiting outside for me. Even when I told them I was not able to get into store earlier as I had to be away in Brisbane with my disabled wife for sometime they were not interested.

  Doesn't everyone love a Kmart ? This is a large store with a lot of everything and the price is right. Family friendly. Helpful staff. Top floor of Cairns Central Shopping Centre. There's a decent coffee shop right outside and some very handy places to sit by the entrance.
