  Too many hidden extras you pay for. Having dropped off one car rental from one airport to collecting another rental from this company is a real stark difference. Where my wife was automatically added as extra driver from the other company, whilst this company charged an extra $39 for my wife to be a back up driver. Then from quoted amount from my online booking, there was an extra $8 charged because I used credit cards. Not really very pleased and the guy who served us basically said if you don't like it, go somewhere else. Well this is the last time I use this car rental company.

  An awful experience . Europcar claiming for fictitious damage . It would appear this is common practice for them and I strongly advise against using this company . Google their litigation cases and you will see they send customers bills ten months later when the car has been driven by nimerius people. They also send bills for the same damage to different customers . This is a dangerous fraudulent company . Use them at your own risk

  Arrived at airport no one at desk waited till other companies closed rang eurocar heard phone ringing at booth . Had no choice but to rent if budget had to pay extra as only large car left so extra $100 for my visit I haven't planned for plus extra waiting before drive so arrive at 2am ! Would like an explanation ??? Have used this company before all over the world without problems

  Did book a car trough europcar customer service number in QLD, had confirmation on my email BUT WAS NO CAR for me at the airport. Booking didnt go thru etc etc...Was ofered another car but too expensive. Would never again use europcar!
