  I got a phone call an hour after returning the car saying it was too sandy and that if we didn’t come back to vacuum it within an hour that we would be charged a 180 dollar cleaning fee. There was so little sand in the car that it took us less than 5 minutes to vacuum. They not only wasted our time but were about to charge 180 dollars for 5 minutes of vacuuming. Worst experience I’ve ever had renting a car. Do not rent from them. The person working also told me that he had charged a customer that ridiculous cleaning fee the previous week because they left a strip of mud on the car. Not worth the hassle and worry when a tiny bit of sand on a seat could run you $180.

  Thanks to Natalie and team for their friendly service and help familiarizing me with my rental. Also I was most impressed with Natalie maintaining composure during a beyond control crisis at the Cairns office and getting me to the airport in time for my departure.A well run, reliable business The Toyota Corolla handled brilliantly .

  Car was perfect and good price, shame that on collection we had to wait 40mins for the car and to be taken to a new location, also stung us with a young driver fee which was meant to be included in the price.
