  Delicious $11.90 full cooked breakfasts. Bacon, eggs, hash brown, tomato and toast. Small but perfect size for many. Main meals for lunch and dinner quite expensive for a restaurant in a shopping centre though. Staff always very friendly and organised. Loved my biscotti with my coffee. A nice touch for this Italian restaurant.

  Tosca is an awesome spot to stop and take stock of your shopping at Cairns Central. Good food with generous portions and amazing coffee.

  Food is delicious BUT manager is too rude. I really want to have meal again BUT I don't want to see manager again. She is so....XXX

  Just had a very yummy lunch with my man Chris and even though they were busy their service was excellent and wasn't a long wait for our meal... I have been coming to this place for years and Deb has always been lovely to me and to whom ever I've come in with... Every chance I have I will always be coming here for lunch
