  It is the worst scenario to me because we are getting married and returning from our honeymoon on deferent flights!

  I booked a flight for my partner and I for 24 Dec from Cairns to Tehran and since he had a credit online I had to go over the phone with the online team to book the flight. The lady booked him but not me! She said she can’t do that and transferred me to somebody else. I explained the situation and said that I want to be in the exact same flight as my partner. I told her his flight numbers and she booked me as well and every thing has been completed and I confirmed the booking over the phone. After a couple of weeks I went back to check our flights again when I realised we are booked in two deferent flights! I didn’t realised it at the first place because departure flights are the same, but returns are deferent... I called flight centre and sent several emails to deferent departments but they don’t accept their mistake and they just keep saying that I confirmed those bookings! Yes, I confirmed because I trusted you, I thought that you know what you’re doing! I confirmed became I was over the phone not sitting relax and reviewing my details!

  And what I don’t understand is why couldn’t a person book for both of us so all these could be avoided? I blame flight centre for this... I don’t care if the online team is deferent from the other teams I see you all as flight centre that couldn’t make a booking for me!
