    Always friendly staff. Particularly rate Naho and Sheryl who take the yoga classes in the city. Wld love to see more time slots!

    Scummy operators - told me I was putting down a deposit on my access dongle and now refuse to pay the money back on its return.

    Receptionist was impolite during talking and I felt racism that she doesn't wants to me free trial even I'm living in Cairns. Maybe she thought I'm backpacker. I'll never join this gym.

    parking not available after 8pm....and also unavailable after 4pm on weekends and friday..... hope they can improve on it...

    Good gym and facilities. Shame they don't enforce their "no towel no workout" policy. People in the gym all the time with no towel and no shoes.
