    Good branch and was open on the weekend!

    Recommended ,as I have a 60 year experience of ANZ. The bank is on the ground floor of Central Shopping Centre in McLeod St. Note the photo, this branch is OPEN SATURDAY morning. Definitely wowable, but truly, all their customer service is very good, and we are unanimous in that.

    Not enough staff! Ridiculous waiting time for bank enquiry so I gave up and got a ticket for a teller, now number 223 in the cue.

    Blown away with Darren Hick's customer service yesterday ! Very professional , thorough and most of all relaxed which made it easier for me to ask questions in specific areas too that he happily explained in a gentle manner .
